How to use
Fill a big bucket with hot water and 300 grams of L:a Bruket sea salt. Place the seaweed in the hot water and allow it to soak for about 20 minutes. As the seaweed softens it releases minerals and trace elements into the water. Fill the bath tub with hot water and add the seaweed mixture. Lie in the seaweed bath for about 20 minutes and massage your body with the twigs. Do not rinse off, but rather self-dry.
