We offer free shipping on Australia & NZ orders over AUD 350. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Shipping timeframes are in addition to order processing times.

  • Flat fee of $15 for orders below AU $350
  • Any oversized items or larger, heavyweight rugs may be subject to a higher delivery fee, which will be displayed on the product page
  • Our warehouse dispatches all orders on business days and does not operate on weekends or public holidays. Once orders are processed and dispatched, allow 1-4 business days for express delivery, 2-8 business days for standard delivery and 2-8 business days for New Zealand.   • Our delivery timeframes are based on your location from our warehouse in Byron Bay. Metro cities like Sydney usually offer overnight delivery excluding Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth which usually takes 2-6 business days. Rural areas across Australia take anywhere between 3-7 business days.

 P R O C E S S I N G   T I M E 

  • Please allow 1-2 days for our team to pick up and pack your order. Shipping timeframes are in addition to our processing times.
  • Orders will be delivered between 8 am – 6 pm Monday to Friday. Please ensure that someone is available at your delivery address as a signature will be requested upon delivery. If an authorised person is not able to sign for your delivery the driver will leave a card and the delivery will be returned to the nearest collection centre for you to collect.
  • Please note that once your order is on its way, we are unable to change the shipping address.

D U T I E S    A N D   T A X E S 

  • Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier. Duties /Taxes on goods vary widely depending on the product value and the country you are having your order delivered to. Citizen Nomade will include a commercial invoice declaring the full dollar value paid on international shipments. If you refuse a shipment from Citizen Nomade, you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the import and return fees that may be incurred upon delivery back to us. Citizen Nomade cannot mark international orders as a gift to bypass or reduce customs fees. Please note, that we currently do not ship to Azerbaijan, Brazil, Qatar, Russia, and Syria.
